The Spring Equinox heralds the start of a new year. In many cultures, this marks the official beginning of a new cycle. To me, it’s a better motivational time than January to set new goals and strive for something better.
I enjoy the nearly perfect balance of daylight and darkness. With the impending blooms of flowers, the buds of trees, the celebration of Easter, I am certain I am not the only one who feels a glimmer of hopefulness in the air.
During this special time, I cannot help but think of words with “re” at the beginning, like restore, refresh, and rebuild. These are all powerful indicators of strength and forward movement.
Perhaps you will spend a moment to consider what renews you and take some steps toward fulfilling those facets of your life that can benefit from a new start.
The rewards may be substantial.
